Job Overview:

* Stay up-to-date on moderation best practices, product updates, and industry standards, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
* Proficiency in English (B2 level)
* EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
* At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate sensitive or complex cases using internal procedures. You will be responsible for adapting to policy changes and shifting priorities, following established moderation workflows.
