Job Title: Inside Sales & Project Management Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales and Project Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop strategies to pursue them, and execute plans to drive revenue growth.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery. This includes coordinating with internal teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and order equipment, parts, and accessories for projects.
* Validate and process customer orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Conduct technical feasibility studies to meet customer requirements.
* Supervise and validate project costs, ensuring profitability.
* Handle purchase and sales orders in the ERP system, maintaining up-to-date project data.
* Optimize internal stock volumes.
* Monitor project development, including time, costs, delivery deadlines, and quality.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, industrial management, automotive, construction, or supply chain.
* At least 3 years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales position (valued).
* Training or proven experience in sales and/or industrial management.
* Intermediate knowledge of English.
