Digital Marketing Specialist
As a globally operating group of companies, we offer our customers highly specialized high-end products and professional services in numerous industries. In each of the various product segments, we rank among the top providers on the market. We are looking to strengthen our team with a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities
1. Create compelling catalogues, brochures, flyers, and other print/digital collateral using company brand guidelines.
2. Adapt technical specifications from our suppliers to match KLINGER’s branding and presentation standards.
3. Develop graphics, illustrations, and visuals for online/offline.
4. Assist in photo, video editing, and basic animation as needed.
5. Maintain and ensure consistency of KLINGER’s brand identity across all marketing materials.
6. Organize and manage design files, templates, and resources for easy cross-departmental access.
7. Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and the global marketing team to execute design tasks in line with broader marketing strategies.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product managers, sales teams, etc.) to gather technical data and clarify design requirements.
9. Support the team by preparing graphics for social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, and catalogues.
10. Assist in updating content on the website.
Minimum Requirements
1. 3 - 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
2. Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a similar area.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
4. Good knowledge of layout, typography, and print production processes.
5. Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn new tools and trends.
6. Creative mindset with strong diligence.
7. Ability to transform complex technical information into clear, visually appealing layouts.
8. Team player with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
9. Comfortable working in an international environment, collaborating across different departments and regions.
10. Good command of English (spoken and written).
11. Willingness to occasionally travel or collaborate across different KLINGER locations.
