About the Role
The Team Assistant - Technical Hub External will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Areas. The position is based in Portugal, with the possibility of remote work.
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Team Assistant, your day will be diverse and dynamic. You will be responsible for assisting on various levels within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Logistics: Manage IT materials and accessories through MyMall, place orders via SAP, and handle general administrative tasks.
* Administrative tasks: Create IT assets, maintain company documents, onboard and offboard employees, and support meeting scheduling and planning.
* Travels: Assist with travel requests, coordinate internal requirements and procedures, and support the Global Mobility Delegation centre in Prague.
Requirements:
* Flexibility to address problems effectively.
* Proficient English language skills (writing and speaking).
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
* Resilient, communicative personality with strong team-working skills and emotional intelligence.
* Good knowledge of Office 365.
The employment contract will be through a third-party company.
