Job Description
1. Bid Review: Examine bid documents, including specifications, terms, and conditions, for compliance.
2. Compliance Check: Cross-check bid submissions against specified requirements, including deadlines and signatures.
3. Documentation Management: Organise and ensure inclusion of all necessary documents, such as certificates and technical data.
4. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure bid accuracy.
5. Bid Updates and Amendments: Manage amendments during the process, ensuring continued compliance.
6. Error Identification: Detect and correct errors or missing information.
7. Final Submission Preparation: Verify completeness and accuracy before submission.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on bid requirements and industry best practices.
The Successful Applicant
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in bid preparation or proposal management.
* Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.
* Communication: Effective written and verbal skills in English.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with bid software is a plus.
