The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Backend Developer. Proficiency in PHP 7.4+ or 8.x, modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL is essential.
A strong understanding of web security best practices, RESTful APIs, and backend development principles is also crucial. Additionally, experience with automated testing (PHPUnit, Pest, etc.), manual testing, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) is highly desirable.
To stand out from the rest, you'll have relevant certifications and a keen eye for detail. You'll be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and able to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
