About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join
an international Finance Projects &
Implementation team responsible for rolling out a harmonized
financial operating model across multiple entities. The role focuses on financial system integration,
project coordination, and
functional analysis
related to financial reporting, accounting, liquidity, and credit risk streams.
You'll work closely with a multicultural team
of project managers and analysts, ensuring that system implementations and
process changes align with finance transformation goals.
This position requires both functional expertise and project management capabilities,
especially in financial interfaces
and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
·
Collaborate daily with project managers
throughout all project phases.
·
Ensure compliance with internal project management methodologies
and timelines.
·
Contribute to budget control and assist
in defining workaround solutions when necessary.
·
Produce and maintain project status reports,
participating in steering committees.
·
Monitor milestones and actions under your
responsibility to ensure successful project delivery.
Functional Analysis &
Implementation
·
Define operational
and accounting schemes, control frameworks, and data flow structures to
feed finance systems.
·
Prepare functional
specifications and collaborate with IT and Finance Engineering
teams on system parametrization.
·
Coordinate deliverables and align multiple
stakeholders to meet deadlines.
·
Support chart
of accounts evolution when needed for new solutions.
·
Contribute to the testing strategy,
executing accounting and reporting test phases and ensuring quality standards.
·
Provide post-go-live
support to reporting users and ensure smooth transition to
maintenance phase.
Support & Maintenance of Accounting Interfaces
·
Manage change requests and improvements to
financial interfaces.
·
Prioritize incoming requests according to
criticality and project timelines.
Technical Skills — must appear on your CV
·
Experience
in project management (coordination, documentation, reporting).
·
Solid knowledge of Accounting (general or
banking) or Finance principles.
·
Understanding of banking products, capital markets or financial systems.
·
Experience with data flows, financial reporting or system interfaces.
·
Strong command of Microsoft Excel
(advanced).
