Your New Role
As an IT Senior
Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting IT projects
across the organisation, with a specific focus on SAP FI, PM, and QM modules.
You will oversee project lifecycles, ensure successful implementation, and
provide technical expertise to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT
projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within
scope and budget.
Provide expert knowledge
and support in SAP FI (Financial Accounting), PM (Plant Maintenance), and
QM (Quality Management) modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective
IT solutions.
Develop project plans,
timelines, and milestones, and monitor project progress.
Conduct system analysis,
design, and configuration for SAP modules.
Coordinate with
cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project
execution.
Perform testing,
troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP-related problems.
Train and mentor junior IT
staff and end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
Maintain comprehensive
project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
Stay updated with the
latest SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and
optimizations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's
degree preferred.
Experience in IT project
management and SAP module implementation.
Fluent in English, both
written and spoken.
Knowledge and hands-on
experience with SAP FI, PM, and QM modules.
Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
Strong understanding of
business processes and how they are supported by SAP FI, PM, and QM.
Excellent problem-solving,
analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse
teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile or
other project management methodologies is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
