Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative in the Spanish/Portuguese market
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role you will:
* Providing B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels
* Primarily resolving inquiries via inbound calls
* Performing backoffice tasks, including responding to emails and chats, and using internal applications
* Providing support for multiple products across multiple markets
To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
* C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese
* B2 level or above written and spoken proficiency in English
* Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included)
* Availability to work by shift rotation on a 24/7 schedule
* Good computer skills (required)
* Ability to generate empathy in written form
* Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
* Ability to manage time and meet goals
