The position of a Call Center Agent is available at our company, where you will be responsible for handling incoming calls with care and attentiveness. You will be the friendly and professional voice for our clients, summarizing the key details in a call log and passing it along to the appropriate client.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from clients with professionalism and care
* Summarize key details in a call log and pass it along to the appropriate client
* Work closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Native level proficiency in Dutch (speaking and writing)
* Good command of English
* Ability to adapt to different work processes and handle PC in an experienced manner
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature

* Indefinite contract of employment from 30 hours/week onwards
