Your Role: Senior O2C Specialist Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute O2C activities: order management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution Monitor and review AR aging reports, implement collection strategies, and reduce DSO Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, resolving escalations and negotiating payment terms Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, internal controls, IFRS, and tax regulations Drive automation and process improvement initiatives Support month‐end and quarter‐end closing activities and financial reporting Mentor and support junior team members Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax Your ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 5–7 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team‐lead capacity Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance frameworks Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) Exposure to global environments and multi‐currency transactions Advanced Excel and reporting skills Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and stakeholder management abilities Fluent German (written & spoken – advanced level) Advanced English (C1 level) If you don't meet every single requirement but believe you have relevant experience, we still encourage you to apply.
