Key role for a dynamic team to advance strategic project in the banking sector
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can organize agile rituals and coordinate teamwork.
* Identifies key performance indicators and produces reports to ensure team skill level and task assignment.
* Collaborates with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
Main skills required:
* 5+ years of experience in agility and development.
* Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
* Experience in SAFe methodology and Scrum mode projects.
* Able to motivate and coach teams on best practices to apply Agile methodology.
* Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical skills.
* Good influencing and communication skills.
* Ability to 'make things happen' and challenge resistance.
* Fluent written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
* Written and spoken Portuguese is a plus.
Requirements:
* Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
* Prior experience as a Scrum Master.
