The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.

* Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.

* Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.

* Driving Agency Directory revenue
* Own tracking and reporting systems end-to-end
* Coordinating cross-department execution (Marketing, Sales, Content, Dev)
* Eliminating operational blockers

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
Responsibilities:
* Own Agency Directory revenue performance, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
* Oversee key growth levers: Email campaigns, SEO, social, sponsorship launches, site features rollouts
* Own all marketing tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio (must be able to build and QA GTM events yourself)
* Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones
* Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges
* Manage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growth
* Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
Requirements:
* 5+ years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader
* Experience managing and leading a team
* Proven experience in B2B marketing
* Experience growing social media channels
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong, goal-oriented mindset
* Ability to strategize and solve problems
* Availability to work 6 AM to 3 PM EST
