Scrum Master (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
What you need to have:
1. Hard Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.
- Experience evangelizing teams to adopt Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience working in international contexts.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
