Within this role you will be integrated within a large support team and the tasks required within the role will include:
1. Support customers through technical help desk
2. installation and configuration of HW equipment
3. Installation of SW solutions (virtual machines, Operating Systems, antivirus.
4. Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems and technologies.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for candidate with around four years experience in a similar field with experience in:
5. Microsoft Administration, including experience and knowledge about Windows Domain (Azure & On-premise), 365, Exchange Online, Windows 11 and experience in Troubleshooting (helpdesk).
6. Hardware Environments: Have experience and knowledge about rackmounting elements in a cabinet, Installing and configuring different hardware elements (servers, KVMs, switches, etc), design HW Systems and cabling/labeling.
7. Linux Administration: (multiple Distributions) Knowledge about the systems and Linux commands.
8. Virtual Environments: Knowledge about Virtual Machines and Virtualization operating systems (mainly VMWare)
9. Networking: knowledge about network devices, how they work and troubleshooting Network commands.
We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in
10. Other system networks and communication.
