Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Industry Business Unit by recruiting a BIM Modeler for the Industrial Structures Department, based at our Lisbon office. With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market. Responsibilities: Develop and model industrial structures in a BIM environment, in accordance with company standards and applicable national and international regulations Create and manage 3D digital models and associated technical information to support engineering activities Produce technical drawings, model extractions, and documentation from BIM models (plans, sections, details, and schedules) Model and coordinate structural elements (concrete, steel, foundations, etc.), ensuring alignment with engineering design Ensure multidisciplinary coordination (structures, architecture, MEP), identifying and resolving clashes through coordination processes Profile: Minimum of secondary education (12th grade) or a technical drafting qualification Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit Experience in steel and reinforced concrete structures is preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to read and interpret data Adaptability and ability to work across different types of projects Accuracy, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit What we offer: Quadrante is a global organization with more than 1300 people focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
