Description
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating them when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Stay informed about the company's products and services to offer accurate assistance.
Meet performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer data securely.
Profile
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the professional services industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
