We are currently seeking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the housekeeping Porto Covo Village,
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel
Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
Organise inventories with accounts and General Store for linen, uniform, and fixed assets
Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures
Prepare reports for management information.
Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.
Attending and resolving guest complaints.
Verification of supplies consignments.
Organise on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
Key Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar.
Proficient in Opera software
Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good leadership and training abilities.
