Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of TTE and process projects to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
* Develop and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in aircraft, engine, or component engineering/maintenance.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese, English, and German.
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of logistics.
