Content Reviewer Role
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team in Porto as a Content Reviewer.
* Reviewing multimedia content in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety actions, including abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
* Ensuring the safety and security of users and the organization's brand.
* Able to work on a rotating shift schedule, 24/7.
* Citizenship of the EU or valid work permit for Portugal.
* Fluency in Italian and good English language skills.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Proactive and team-oriented approach.
* Long-term fixed-term contract renewable annually.
* Full-time working hours (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts.
