Job Description Translate functional requirements into technical requirements Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems Collaborate in a team environment of cross‐functional and cross‐vendor teams to deliver within tight timelines Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code Implement cases under mentoring and guidance of more experienced developers Support stakeholders and raise tickets and groom them to developers Communicate with stakeholders and help them resolve issues Profile Description Bachelor's / Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 5+ years experience on Salesforce.com platform (sales, service or community cloud). Hands‐on experience in Salesforce Exchange, CRM and/or Marketing Cloud Technical expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex Classes, Triggers and Visualforce Experience designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards and email generation according to application requirements Hands‐on experience in administration setup: managing users, security controls, data, creating roles, profiles and reports Expertise in deployment using Changeset, Jenkins, ANT Tool and experience in Scrum methodology Certifications from Salesforce.com such as Certified Platform Developer, Certified Platform App Builder, etc. Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to project manager, business analysts and end‐users We Offer Attractive salary Flexible working hours Training opportunities & structured onboarding and development planning Opportunity for coaching, mentoring and networking Corporate events for employees Equal Employment Opportunity ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
