Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple retail accounts and providing administrative support to other clients. You will develop business across different categories, focusing on the international flagship brand Biscoff.
* Manage a portfolio of retail and traditional clients independently.
* Develop strategies with the Sales Manager Portugal to increase sales and visibility in-store.
* Collaborate with the Country Manager Spain & Portugal to review internal KPIs and status of commercial strategy execution.
* Define channel and customer strategies with the Sales Manager Portugal.
Key Result Areas include developing annual top customer plans aligned with brand and channel strategies, managing customer relationships at all levels, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, creating accurate volume and spending forecasts, negotiating pricing, assortment, and promotions within Lotus commercial guidelines, analyzing sales data and monitoring promotional activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields. Prior knowledge or experience in Category Management, Revenue Management, and Field Execution is valued.

Qualifications:
