About This Role:
This senior agent will be a key member of our team, working closely with global teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have native or fluent French skills, both oral and written, as well as fluency in English (B2 or higher).
A previous experience in customer service roles, particularly in the travel and hotel segments, is also required.
In addition, experience working with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is mandatory.
