What you need to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Project Manager (minimum of 5 years)
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
