Job description - what you will get to do:
1. Assist in building a social media strategy;
2. Plan and create a social media calendar, ensuring consistency across various channels;
3. Create timely relevant content to stay on top of the trends and create brand awareness;
4. Analyse results, extracting insights to enhance performance and optimize social media strategies;
5. Schedule content across the different social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc);
6. Record and edit videos for social media (Reels, Tiktok);
7. Interact with the community on different social media channels to drive engagement;
8. Stay on top of marketing trends, tools, and technologies and identify new opportunities;
9. Drive user acquisition and engagement while increasing brand affinity.
Main requirements - you should:
10. Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for creating engaging content;
11. Ability to develop creative and innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement;
12. Ability to analyse social media metrics and data to evaluate performance, discover insights, and make recommendations for improvement;
13. Ability to work autonomously and set best practices;
14. Willingness to learn and develop yourself with the support of the team and not afraid to experience new things;
15. Have an analytical mind, using data to improve actions and future strategies;
16. Problem-solving skills, business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities;
17. Technically savvy and intellectually curious about new technologies and how they work;
18. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Other languages are a plus;
19. Team-work skills and experience to bring together diverse views and communicate/collaborate effectively;
20. Willingness to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment and disposition to take on multiple responsibilities and deadlines where prioritization is key
