Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
* Support the Product Manager in defining and prioritising the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories.
* Gather and document business and regulatory requirements, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Analyse and improve business processes, particularly those related to instant payments and system integrations.
* Translate requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
* Contribute to the definition of business rules, SLAs, incident management, and reporting needs.
* Maintain functional documentation and support acceptance criteria and testing activities.
* Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science or similar;
* Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner;
* Proven experience in payments or other mission-critical financial systems;
* Strong knowledge of SEPA payments, preferably SEPA Instant Credit Transfer (SCT Inst), and an understanding of CSMs and clearing systems;
* Experience in defining business requirements and producing clear functional specifications;
* Knowledge of instant payment solutions, including TIPS or other real-time settlement systems, is considered an advantage will be valued;
* Familiarity with Agile development practices, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
* Fluency in English.
