We are looking for a ServiceNow Dev Engineer who is willing to relocate to join our Client's team in Brussels, Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and guidance to the team throughout different IT processes.
* Monitor ServiceNow instances to ensure optimal performance and stability.
* Execute maintenance tasks such as minor changes, lifecycle management (LCM), and license management.
* Apply knowledge of the ITIL framework, including practices for:
* Incident Management (e.g., second/third line incident handling, analysis, communication, follow-up).
* Problem Management, Asset Management, and Change Management .
* Manage releases by preparing and following up (e.g., runbook validation and presentation to Change Advisory Boards).
* Identify workflow bottlenecks and optimize processes to reduce inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks.
* Perform data analysis, including report creation and dashboard management.
* Support the squad in agile or scrum methodologies to ensure timely sprint deliveries.
* Implement BNPP Fortis processes within ServiceNow environments.
* Design and create feeding interfaces to integrate BNPP Fortis data into ServiceNow.
* Set up API integrations between ServiceNow and Fortis local resources.
* Analyze client needs and configure automated data exports from ServiceNow.
* Configure and analyze email interfaces (inbound/outbound) within the ServiceNow platform.
* Design workflows in ServiceNow to meet client business needs.
* Migrate existing tools and services to the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Certified ServiceNow Administrator (Admin Course) .
* Experience in ServiceNow implementation, including configuration and API integration.
* Proficiency in monitoring instance health, performance optimization, and system upgrades.
* Sound knowledge of workflow design and email interface configurations in ServiceNow.
Additional Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certifications.
* Knowledge of cloud technologies.
* Expertise in incident, problem, asset, and change management under the ITIL framework .
* Hands-on experience optimizing workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
* Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard design capabilities.
* Familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies.
* Migration experience from legacy tools to ServiceNow.
