Excellent communicationskills, capable of advising clients and internal teams on CRM and automation best practices.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-pacedRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM and marketing automation; 5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration;Proven expertise in Salesforce, Hub Spot, and Zoho CRM, including configuration, integration, and ongoing management;Strong strategic mindset with the ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into data-driven marketing solutions;Experience in designing and optimizing automation workflows for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and sales enablement;Solid understanding of segmentation strategies, customer lifecycle management, and personalized campaign execution;Ability to analyze CRM data to extract insights and present actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients;Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams;Up-to-date with the latest CRM and automation trends, tools, and best practices;Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese.
