We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT Infrastructure and Production Operations, with the ability to manage end-to-end service delivery, ensure operational excellence, and build strong client relationships.
What you'll do:
* Own the strategic and operational delivery to the end client
* Manage and nurture the client relationship throughout the project lifecycle
* Act as the main point of contact for services and solutions
* Support critical systems through application support and deployment expertise
* Manage application transformation initiatives and ensure smooth delivery
* Identify risks and proactively mitigate technical, operational, or people-related issues
* Track implementation progress and report to management
* Produce dashboards and reports (ServiceNow) for Infrastructure Deployment & Support
* Collaborate with management to analyze operational data and improve processes
* Coach stakeholders to enhance communication and implementation effectiveness
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (5+ years is a plus)
* Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Production Operations
* Experience with IT Risk management and Cybersecurity follow-up
* Proven ability in risk identification and mitigation
* Strong coordination, delegation, and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical and logical thinking with excellent problem-solving ability
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in large teams with a collaborative mindset
* Availability to travel outside Portugal
