A solid understanding of testing methodologies and planning is essential.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign test plans aligned with application migration objectivesStructure and lead testing activities with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate follow-up with the client's test teamsEnsure proper execution, documentation, and reporting of test resultsCollaborate with developers for defect resolution and quality assuranceGuarantee consistency, visibility, and risk control across testing phases? RequirementsMinimum 3 years in a leadership role in test management or coordinationStrong understanding of test strategy, automation, and team dynamicsAbility to work with distributed teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English (mandatory)
