We are currently looking for a Project Support Analyst to join on a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave.Your new roleAnalyse project data and produce insights to optimise performanceIdentify issues, risks, and shortfalls, proposing effective solutionsProvide day-to-day operational project support, including stakeholder liaison and timeline trackingManage RAID logs, status plans, and action trackersPrepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reportsIdentify and drive process improvements and operational efficienciesFacilitate meetings and workshopsEnsure communication plans and engagement methodologies are effectively implementedCollaborate within a multidisciplinary global team (UK, US, India, Mexico, vendors, offshore and in-house teams)Support the continuous development of a world-class Programme Support Office capabilityThis is a fast-paced and demanding environment, requiring a highly collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across complex global teams.What you need to be successfulFluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written)Experience with collaboration and project delivery tools such as MS Office, ServiceNow, JIRA, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BIStrong knowledge of all phases of the project management lifecycleProven experience as a Project Analyst in a complex global organisationData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Business and ITStrong organisational, communication, and presentation skillsCritical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritisation skillsAbility to perform under pressure while managing multiple deliverablesWhat the company can offer youTemporary contract directly with Hays, starting as soon as possible.
