The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT Infrastructure and Production Operations, with the ability to manage end-to-end service delivery, ensure operational excellence, and build strong client relationships.What you'll do:Own the strategic and operational delivery to the end clientManage and nurture the client relationship throughout the project lifecycleAct as the main point of contact for services and solutionsSupport critical systems through application support and deployment expertiseManage application transformation initiatives and ensure smooth deliveryIdentify risks and proactively mitigate technical, operational, or people-related issuesTrack implementation progress and report to managementProduce dashboards and reports (ServiceNow) for Infrastructure Deployment & SupportCollaborate with management to analyze operational data and improve processesCoach stakeholders to enhance communication and implementation effectivenessWhat we're looking for:Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (5+ years is a plus)Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Production OperationsExperience with IT Risk management and Cybersecurity follow-upProven ability in risk identification and mitigationStrong coordination, delegation, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical and logical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilityStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in large teams with a collaborative mindsetAvailability to travel outside PortugalIf you're passionate about service excellence, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality IT solutions in an international environment — we'd love to hear from you!
