Your contribution to something big: As an Industrialization Project Manager, you will lead local and global industrialization projects within an International Production Network (IPN), contributing to innovative manufacturing solutions and operational excellence across our global production environment. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage projects through all phases — from acquisition and planning to implementation, monitoring, and successful product stabilization in production. Your responsibilities will include: Leading industrialization and manufacturing projects using established project management methodologies. Defining project scope, timelines, resources, and cost planning to ensure successful project execution. Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams in an international environment. Driving quality management activities and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all project phases. Managing project risks, stakeholders, and communication with internal and external partners. Supporting purchasing activities and supplier coordination during project implementation. Leading acquisition-related working groups for new business opportunities. Aligning product volume allocation strategies within the International Production Network. Supporting process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify production and product improvement opportunities. Contributing to the integration and systematic design of manufacturing processes and components. What distinguishes you: Education Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. Experience Professional experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience in industrialization or production-related projects. Experience working in international and cross-functional teams. Know-how Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with problem-solving methods and continuous improvement approaches. Knowledge of Bosch Engineering System (BES) and Product Engineering Process (PEP) is an advantage. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. PM Fundamentals I & II certification or equivalent is considered a plus. Languages Business fluent English skills, both written and spoken. Working Style and Methods Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working approach. Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities. Personality Proactive and responsible team player with strong communication skills. Confident decision-maker with negotiation capabilities. Innovative and continuous improvement-oriented mindset.
