We are looking for a talented and accomplished Conversation Designer (UX Writer) to oversee the successful implementation of content and features in our chatbots.
As a Conversation Designer (UX Writer), your daily responsibilities will include:
* Design, develop, and manage chatbots to enhance internal communications and streamline company processes.
* Ensure the chatbots are user-friendly, efficient, and effective in addressing the needs of the users.
* Apply strong UX principles to create chatbot interfaces that are intuitive and easy to navigate.
* Continuously test and iterate designs based on user feedback to improve performance and user satisfaction.
* Develop a content strategy for our chatbots, including crafting messages and responses that are clear, concise, and reflect our company’s tone and voice. Ensure content is consistent across all platforms.
* Work closely with various departments, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to understand their needs and integrate their feedback into chatbot design and functionality.
* Utilize programming and scripting languages as needed to customize chatbots.
* Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in chatbot development and UX design.
* Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure chatbots function correctly and efficiently.
* Address and resolve any technical issues that arise.
* Monitor chatbot performance through analytics and prepare reports on usage, satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
* Leverage strong writing and communication skills to develop clear and effective user instructions, FAQs, and other support materials.
* Communicate relevant updates according to communication plans established.
* Help in the onboarding of countries in the usage of chatbots and supporting with questions and needs.
* Create weekly, monthly business presentations of chatbot results to present to different stakeholders.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
* 1-3 years in UX projects, community management, marketing, and Chatbot/AI technologies experience is required.
* Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, product design, UX Design, Communications, or a related field.
* Knowledge in UX strategy.
* Strong communication, writing, and verbal abilities.
* Understanding of NLU and Generative AI functionalities.
* Ability to research market to understand end users and their needs.
* Great community management skills - knows different audiences and how to grow and engage them.
* An excellent knowledge of chatbot platform and customer service skills.
* Hands-on experience with customer engagement.
* Testing and Continuous Improvements.
* Analytic skills and results orientation.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
* Agile and organized, with a strong result focus.
* Has a people-centric mindset.
Languages:
* Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English.
* Other languages are a plus.
Tools And Applications:
* Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Knowledge of EverConnect and EverConnect Bots.
* Knowledge of UX research tools (Optimal Workshop, Miro, etc).
* Knowledge of Cognigy platform is a plus.
Other Details:
* Hybrid mode for Portugal candidates - Up to 3 days a week in office in Santos – Lisbon.
* If outside Portugal, currently no mandate for office days. But will still be expected to come to the office if needed for projects.
* Schedules in PT 9H – 18H. Adapting for the rest of countries depending on Time Zone.
