Senior Data Engineer
to join our team and work with cutting-edge big data ecosystems, cloud technologies, and scalable data lake solutions.
What do you need to be a SMART Senior Data Engineer?
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
* 6–9 years of experience in
Data Engineering
, with a focus on
Big Data
* Strong background with Big Data frameworks:
Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, NiFi
* Proficiency in
Python
and either
Java
or
Scala
* Hands-on experience with
data lakes
and
data lake best practices
* Experience working with
NoSQL databases
and real-time processing tools (e.g.
Flink
)
* Knowledge of
SQL
,
data governance
, and
security concepts
* Familiarity with
workflow orchestration
tools such as
Airflow
or
Control-M
* Understanding of
machine learning
concepts and their application in data pipelines
* Experience with
cloud platforms
(GCP, Azure, or AWS) is highly valued
* Agile mindset with experience in
Scrum
or
Kanban
environments
* Minimum B2 level of English (fluency required)
