ABOUT YOU
Are you a Power BI Developer passionate about transforming data into valuable insights through impactful dashboards and reports? Do you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality and consistency, and building efficient data models that support strategic decision-making? Then this opportunity is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
* Connect, clean and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query
* Build efficient and scalable data models (star schema, fact/dimension tables)
* Write DAX measures to create KPIs and apply business logic
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reports
* Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to support data governance policies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Design and develop Microsoft Power BI reports and Dashboards including data set ingestion and transformation, Data Modeling, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
* Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements to meet business needs
* Make sure data validation and data quality is a priority
* 4+ years of experience working with Power BI ecosystem
* Experience with Analytical Data Modeling, DAX and ETL
* Sharp analytical mind with a keen sense of critical thinking
* Excellent communication skills and a natural team player
* English proficiency, enabling effective collaboration in a global context
* And above all: you know how to listen, think, ask, propose, and collaborate
