Job Description:
Responsibilities - your mission
1. Support Digital Finance and Finance Transformation organizations (non-recurring and recurring costs) in setting multi-year financial targets through a converged process.
2. Drive financials and workload planning/forecast process (synthesized plans and challenge contributions).
3. Establish consolidated financial reporting (define, harmonize, ensure consistency and compliance, including tools) and present to operational managers monthly.
4. Ensure timely and meaningful planning & reporting.
5. Control Programs and Operations actuals vs forecasts, invoiced vs actuals, and implement corrective measures.
6. Propose and coordinate mitigation actions as needed to support management decision-making.
7. Collaborate with central controllers of the functions for operational topics and planning/forecast alignment.
8. Utilize financial processes and tools, basic legal and HR processes, and basic project management and operational technical knowledge.
9. Drive performance management and continuous improvement.
10. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets, highlighting discrepancies, risks, and opportunities.
11. Ensure product Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) traceability over the years.
12. Follow up on orders: ordering, receipt of goods, invoicing.
13. Prepare monthly reports and analyses, and correct misbookings.

2. Understanding of domain needs/expectations while maintaining alignment with higher-level guidance and financial targets.
3. Education in Finance or related fields.
4. Basic knowledge of Accounting and Controlling.
5. Skill in agile, reliable, and fast data management.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset:

- Strong analytical skills, with ability to switch between big picture and detailed views, making sense of complex data.

- Adherence to ethics and compliance, with understanding of data confidentiality rules (e.g., Procurement, GDPR).
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools.
