We are looking for Country Manager to coordinate all points of sale and the team.
RESPONSABILITIES
Efficiently manage and supervise store staff to ensure timely completion of their assigned tasks.
Ensure the staff is thoroughly informed about the company's marketing plan and oversee its flawless execution.
Supervise and optimize workforce schedules for each establishment, aligning them with the store's specific requirements.
Address inquiries and complaints from sales staff, providing suitable recommendations for effective solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
Enhance both external and internal communication channels, fostering effective communication between different points of sales and within each store.
Strategize and implement Group procedures.
Provide comprehensive training, guidance, and support to store staff.
Maintain an optimal stock balance by coordinating deliveries, conducting product inventory checks, and effectively planning stock replenishment.
REQUIREMENTS
Based in Lisboa or open to relocation
C1 level of English and Spanish (mandatory)
Experience managing people
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
