Position: Customer Care Associate (Night Shift)
The Customer Care Associate is the front-line support for customers and carriers, ensuring transport processes and quality standards are maintained. The goal is to deliver the best customer experience and enhance service quality.
Job Responsibilities
1. Organize transports and proactively monitor shipments to identify, record, and resolve issues.
2. Manage and execute shipments on time, maintaining high quality standards.
3. Proactively address potential issues affecting customer (shippers & carriers) experience and delivery performance.
4. Escalate issues or deviations promptly to provide customers with continuous, accurate updates.
5. Report and document non-conformities using the internal quality tool (NCR).
6. Ensure serious incidents are escalated to management levels.
