Key Responsibilities
* Standardize recipes, specs, and SOPs for seamless execution across venues.
* Optimize beverage costs, pricing strategies, and supplier relationships to maximize profitability.
* Support POS setup and integration for accurate performance tracking.
* Train bartenders, baristas, and FOH teams on service standards, product knowledge, and execution excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years in bar management or beverage leadership roles in high-volume, quality-driven hospitality environments.
* International experience, ideally across several countries or cultures, bringing diverse perspectives and adaptability.
* Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, non-alcoholic trends, and beverage operations.
* Financial acumen, including beverage cost control, pricing strategy, and P&L understanding.
* Experience in training with a passion for mentorship.
