As a seasoned product leader, we're seeking an expert to spearhead our Retention & Loyalty strategy.
The ideal candidate will define and execute a comprehensive plan to keep users engaged, loyal, and delighted.
* Develop and evolve the product vision for retention and loyalty features, including promotions, CRM tooling, loyalty programs, incentives, and subscription mechanics.
* Foster a high-performing team of product managers responsible for various retention pillars (emails, push, points & rewards, reactivation).
* Present the domain's strategic direction in product leadership forums, quarterly planning, and stakeholder updates.
Build and lead roadmaps of retention journeys: welcome flows, replenishment nudges, offers, reactivation, etc.
Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and UX teams to optimize user touchpoints across channels (email, app push, in-app, SMS).
Oversight of loyalty mechanics — from point-based programs to value tiers and reward triggers.
Align product development with GDPR and user consent preferences across markets.
* Drove improvements in repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), retention rate, and churn.
* Maintained deep understanding of why users stay or leave, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to shape roadmap.
Leveraged AI for personalized messaging and next-best-offer logic across channels.
