Your role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Assistant to join our Finance team based in our offices in Cascais!
The role will be responsible for managing invoices, payments, and financial records, supporting supplier and guest transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with financial policies.
Your Journey
Ensure that all purchases and orders have associated invoices, following up with suppliers or buyers when needed.
Verify Revolut purchases and emails for received invoices, and correct any missing or incorrect VAT information.
Maintain and verify department drives for proper documentation (Department, Date, Cost Center, Invoice).
Register all invoices and payments accurately in the financial system.
Assist in managing supplier payments, creating Asana tasks, prioritizing urgent payments, and updating weekly payruns.
Send payment proofs to suppliers and support online banking transactions via Revolut and BPI.
Assist in issuing invoices to guests and companies.
Monitor and control payments received, including for Equador Condominium.
Support general financial data management and any related tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What do you bring to your trip
Knowledge of Accounting and Financial processes.
Experience in accounts payable and receivable.
Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets for payruns, tracking, and reporting.
Familiarity with online banking platforms (Revolut, BPI).
Experience with task management tools (Asana preferred, or willingness to learn quickly).
Strong attention to detail, especially for VAT validation, invoice matching, and payment accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of financial compliance and VAT rules.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
