We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing global leader in consumer health who are searching for a Freelance Program Manager to lead the planning, execution and governance of the E2E content ecosystem within a highly regulated environment.
This role will ensure alignment across cross-functional teams, maintain compliance and support the overall program delivery.
The Program Manager acts as the central point of coordination between teams, ensuring clear governance, visibility, and accountability without directly owning business processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of content management and compliance operations within a regulated environment.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of content production ecosystem for regulated industries (Dermo-Cosmetics, FMCH, Healthcare): Advertising to consumers, social media, E-commerce on third party platforms...
Understanding of MLR systems (Veeva Promomats) and DAM projects.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and digital governance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & Oversight
Lead the program including MLR and DAM integration projects.
Establish and maintain program documentation, including charters, roadmaps, KPIs, and risk registers.
Ensure the delivery of an E2E solution for content, from Briefing to publishing.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and elevate risks as needed.
Document and maintain weekly status updates and ensure project progress is accurately reflected in JIRA and Confluence.
Provide senior leadership with fact-based, documented status updates for decision-making.
Ensure adherence to project management framework across all stakeholder groups
Stakeholder
Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Science, CXA (Marketing capabilities) and Digital stakeholders.
Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and working groups.
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for global MLR and content compliance program initiatives.
Vendor Management
Establish a good partnership with our providers.
Ensure the SOWs reflects the needs and the interests of the business.
Ensure that roles and responsibilities between the different providers are clearly defined and documented.
Project Execution & Support
Manage and drive the implementation of MLR and Content Management tools and E2E processes.
Support change management and training initiatives to ensure adoption.
Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance governance models.
Stay current with industry's best practices and regulatory changes.
Contribute to the evolution of digital assets and content lifecycle management.
