Bi-Lingual Patient Liaison Position
This is a remote opportunity for an experienced Bi-lingual Patient Liaison to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide support to patients and clinics involved in clinical research trials, ensuring excellent service through various means such as reviewing and approving travel and expense reimbursement requests, partnering with vendors, and answering questions in a timely manner.
About the Role
* Serve as primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and other related parties
* Scheduling travel and logistics requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials
* Interaction and management of vendors handling travel requests
* Review travel requests against study parameters and seek approvals where necessary
* Processing expense reimbursements to patients for approved expenses
* Responsible for training study site personnel on using the online portal
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or life sciences
* Fluency in English and French, proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese
* Experience working with multiple vendors, strong computer skills, and ability to track and manage key dates/deadlines
Working Conditions
* Fully remote position: Wednesday – Sunday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (GMT/GMT +1)
* 9-hour shift (including 1-hour lunch for a total of 8-hour shift). Some holiday work may be required but will be compensated.
