You'll have the opportunity to build a professional international network, improve your communication skills, and enrich your CV with valuable work experience.What you'll do:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, becoming our client's most valuable ambassadorUse phone calls, emails, and chats to provide a seamless experience for new and existing customersRespond to customer inquiries regarding the client's services and products in a professional and timely mannerResolve technical issues as they arise, providing guidance on product or service useTurn every customer into a satisfied customerShare ideas and solutions with your colleaguesMore information about which brand you will be working with will be provided during the first screening call.
