Job Description
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Technician with a versatile profile, capable of working across different technological areas, with a strong focus on Networking and Security. We seek someone adaptable, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to a dynamic and multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in infrastructure projects with a focus on networking and security;
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment and systems;
- Handle classic security topics, including firewalls and protection policies;
- Monitor and detect threats using tools such as SIEM, antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS);
- Collaborate across different technical areas as required by the project;
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience as an IT infrastructure technician, with a focus on networking and security;
- Strong knowledge of networking (routing, switching, network protocols), with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively;
- Experience with classic security solutions, such as Fortinet, Checkpoint, among others;
- Ability to work across multiple technical domains;
- Proactive mindset, autonomy, and eagerness to learn;
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
