Enterprise SAP Delivery Manager
As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP program delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure successful program execution on time, within budget, and aligned with business strategy and global manufacturing standards.
* Lead complex SAP programs across multiple global manufacturing sites.
* Establish project management frameworks and governance structures.
* Manage project portfolios and dependencies.

* Ensure effective project portfolio management.

* Engage with senior business leaders and external stakeholders.
* Manage vendor relationships and system integrators.
* Facilitate executive steering committee meetings.
3. Financial Management
* Manage program budgets and forecasts.
* Ensure adherence to financial controls and regulations.
4. Change Management
* Lead organizational change initiatives.
* Develop communication plans for stakeholder engagement.
