* Engaging with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
* Handling high application volumes, collecting missing details, and managing administrative tasks.
* Scheduling initial shifts for new couriers.
* Collaborating with staffing agencies and internal teams.
* Meeting hiring targets and improving recruitment practices.
Requirements
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Experience in high-volume recruitment, HR, or customer support.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong multitasking and communication skills.
