Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you will: Assist customers across multiple channels, addressing their inquiries regarding subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics. Deliver clear and effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain professionalism and empathy while supporting customers through their concerns.
Requirements
No previous experience required! We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a customer-facing role. You’re a great fit if you:
* Are native or C2-level proficient in French.
* Can communicate clearly and efficiently in a customer support environment.
Location & Schedule
On-site position in Porto, Portugal. Monday to Saturday rotating shifts, between 7 AM - 7 PM.
