We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors (EC with Compensation Module) to work on this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
1. 3+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant EC with Compensation Module;
2. Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation, with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach;
3. During the Build phase, perform all necessary configuration activities;
4. Autonomously organize, manage, and execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests);
5. Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production;
6. Manage documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation);
7. Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions;
8. Fluent in English.
